Question about buying cigars from outside US
Hello everyone,
I'm living outside US and want to buy some cigars on some online auctions (CBid, CAuctioneer). But they are require US-based cards and non-mail forwarding address for the first order. They are too hard for me to get them. I only have PayPal, Btc and mail forwarding address. Have anyone face this issue? And do you have any advice for me to solve this? Thank you for reading.
