Ok, we're locked and loaded with 20 entries for this month's lottery. I plan to jump on Zoom tonight around 5 - 5:20 to draw the winner, then I'll have to jump off and serve up dinner to the family. I would reschedule the draw to later in the week but I know that there's probably a Blind Tasting on Thursday and I'll be indisposed on Friday so we'll just get 'er done tonight.
I started up some country style bones pork ribs in the crock pot with a molasses based sauce so dinner should be ready tonight around six. My son defrosted them yesterday but didn't use 'em because we'd just had pork chops on Monday and we needed more of a change of pace.
