Anyone else in Puerto Rico? Curious about local cigars and establishments.

What the hell is a pigeon forge? Is there a flock of iron-clad flying rats out there?

    Smokey mountain tourist destination

    Wiki:
The name "Pigeon Forge" comes from an iron forge built by Isaac Love (1783–1854) some time around 1820. The name of this forge referred to its location along the Little Pigeon River, in the vicinity of what is now the Old Mill. The name of the river comes from the flocks of passenger pigeons that frequented its banks at the time of the first Euro-American settlers' arrival.[6]

Just to clarify; I don't really identify as a Puerto Rican bumblebee. It just seemed like a goofy thing to say at the time.

You may have heard of a performer named Dolly Parton. She's basically the driving force that turned Pigeon Forge from a sleepy mountain community into one of the largest recreational and retail areas in the world. Country music shows, comedy clubs, outlet malls, zip-lines, parachute drops, and not far from Cherokee, widely known for its casinos.

Come to think of it, no wonder you never heard of it. It's very much like Las Vegas, hillbilly style. Except with trees, and hills, and water, and the occasional black bear rooting through your trash.

Don’t believe him, he’s just being bashful about the size of his stinger. 😂

I'm from Northern California. I'm not aware of anyone else from Puerto Rico, except maybe Mrs. @Usaf06.

My mom lives just outside of Pigeon Forge about 10 minutes. Beautiful part of the country. Good food. Great cigar places. Highly recommend.

Lol. I should have also mentioned that the first time I ever heard of Pigeon Forge a similar picture came to my mind. Then I thought, there's got to be a story behind that. Of course, I live in Tennessee where towns often carry names like Bucksnort, or Bugscuffle.
