Left on vacation May 25, got back June 10th, huge trip to the west coast. Closest to the mileage without going over for a forum fiver. Will end next Saturday .

Our itinerary, travel as much of old Route 66 as possible from Missouri to Santa Monica. That involved side trips, dead ends, impassable roads and retracing our progress. Side trips to the Grand Canyon and Los Vegas. The Pacific Coast highway from LA to Monterey, up to Grands Pass Oregon then to Portland, across Washington, Idaho and Montana down to Yellowstone. Next stop headed to Deadwood, Mt Rushmore/Crazy Horse, then back to the Badlands. Finished by going across to Sioux Falls, wife has family there,then home. @dirtdude's guess of 5250 is the winner but well short of the actual miles of 6767.5 driveway to driveway. Will try to get something out Monday or Tuesday.
