Ok guys I sure as hell hope I didn’t do a major newbie fück up. Please tell me everything is going to be okay.
I took eight of my stems and soaked them in oxiclean for about six hours. These three came out dulled and one losing color. All three of them were shiny!!!??? Can these be fixed with some Decatur products???🙏🏼
Also, the ones that didn’t come out damaged, fit tighter in the stummels???

A lot of the dullness could actually be residue from the oxi clean. I’m guessing it won’t be too hard to get the shine back. Mainly because they’re not shiny when they make them until they put them through the process to make them that way.
I think you might be ok. I'm betting that along with the oxidation the oxyclean took off whatever wax may have been on there from buffing when manufactured. I like relaxing to Southland Piper videos. Fella never has shiny stems after cleaning and before buffing.
I think some of this stuff and a microfiber cloth should fix you up just fine. I've used toothpaste, but not soft scrub. As far as the stummel fit, dry microfiber cloth and be careful not to get it too loose.
At least, this is what I would do. Hope it works out.

Magic eraser or a buffing wheel with some compound will bring the shine back

You could also try to shine them up with toothpaste or soft scrub.

Soooooo, I took y’all’s advice and everything turned out okay 👍🏼. However, the blue one is now fairly loose regarding connection to the pipe?????

Put a bit of wax or chapstick on it...on the tendon.
The wood should start clenching the tenon tighter after being warmed up by smoking the pipe.
