Dumb Claim of the Day

I work for a car rental company and do about 150-200 claims a day.
Usually every day I get at least one claim that makes me want to bang my head on my desk ot just plain laugh. I thought I'd share some here.

Edited to add: the one with the logs falling off reminded me of Final Destination which is why I included it
