Has anyone smoked this?

xavier710xavier710 Posts: 14 ✭✭✭

This LFD 30th anniversary has not been released yet, but many people got them from PCA.
Curious about what people who have tried it say about it.
(The picture is not mine. It's from a friend, but he hasn't smoked it yet.)

I'm a newbe. This is my first post. Please let me know if there is any violation of any rules. Thx!!!

    Welcome

A good cigar and whiskey solve most problems.

A newbie with perhaps more money than sense? I think back to the money I spent wasted on super-premium high-priced sticks when I was new-ish to cigars.

Price can be an indicator of quality, but it is not a predictor of enjoyment. Same goes for Limited Editions.

If you have money to burn, or someone is gifting one to you, go for it. But the question is, how will you know if it was good or great? How much will the band or knowing the price affect the outcome?

Just some random thoughts of an old curmudgeon. Nevertheless, welcome to the best cigar forum/community on the planet. Hope you stick around.

Edit: I saw your other post stating you're 3 years into cigars. I think that moves you out of the newbie category. Light up one of those LFD's and report back.

I'm very interested in the production of LFD, and their limited edition will not be very bad.

Secondly, it's exquisite humidor makes it look less expensive overall.

The only thing that worries me is its 58 ring gauge.

Sir,thanks for answering my question seriously. Will report back when I smoke it.

Usually LFD and Litto Gomez (L.G. is the founder of the LFD brand) are full bodied full flavor cigars and should not disappoint. Someone new(ish) to the hobby may want to take it slow smoking those tho..... can be strong! Enjoy!

    Agreeee!

agreeeee! ;) I have smoked cigars for three years. Don't know if I'm a newbie. But I'm definitely a newcomer to this forum.
