Went to the post office here in Newland to mail your winnings Shawn. It is now closed till further notice.The storm wrecked part of the building. They are delivering the mail but not taking in packages. I'll have to travel a bit but I will get this done.

Shawn, your'e welcome. The Joy of Cooking is an updated long standing standard that pretty much covers most everything. It was first printed in 1931 and has been reprinted and updated a least thirty times. Follow the directions and you will make good eats. Don't burn the garlic!!
