Storage questions...to vacuum seal or not.

Got a vacuum sealer for food for Christmas. Figure I could seal pipe tobacco as well. Has choice of seal or vacuum and seal. Which would be better? Add a boveda for stuff on the dryer side ?

    Just depends on how long you plan on storing it. Longer term I’d vacuum seal it. Boveda wouldn’t hurt anything but once it’s sealed it’s not going to lose or gain any moisture.

    KBV vacuum seals their stuff. I have done it both ways for long storage.

    Another route is large mylar bags. I like to use those for the trays that the Gawith companies use.
