Hot Sauce

I noticed a couple varieties in the Sardines thread and got curious. What’s your favorite everyday hot sauce? I don’t mean the fancy smancy artisan shìt. I’m talking the ones that you can walk in about any grocery store and get. The ones you can put on damn near anything and be harp with it. This one has become my favorite.
If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.

Cholula is my go to. Red or green
I like this one for small doses like sardines
I like the one you showed but thought it was salty. Will have to try it again

Not a fan of the original but really like this one.8 -
Cholula is high on my list. I use the one on the right for eggs and hash browns. The one on the left is more for chicken and other non-breakfast foods.7 -
On the left is my weekday.
Next is my weekender.
Last one is for holidays.12 -

Best hot sauce I ever had was bought at a morning market on St. Croix in the early 70's. Homemade by one of the Crusan women. I showed up at daybreak after hand-lining for yellow tail all night. Traded fish for hot sauce. Good on stewed goat.

The best heat I've had was from the peri peri in the Congo. Smuggled some seeds home on a break and my wife tended them like a puppy...until she got drunk one day and left them in the Arizona sun. The asian heat some have posted are the closest.
