I don't watch a lot; it's more of my son’s thing but I've enjoyed Spy x Family, One Piece, The Great Pretender, and Baki Hanma. The Blue Eye Samurai was good not sure if that's classified as anime, though. Those are the ones I recall anyways.
I don't have problems, just more work to do.

I recently enjoyed The Apothecary Diaries Season 1 that my daughter recommended, there's more seasons but we don't have the streaming services to watch them right now.
When the kids were small, we watched a lot of Bleach and Naruto, my daughter is still watching Bleach.
