Question for Scotch drinkers......

Anybody ever try Signatory Vintage Single Malt scotch. There are various types and ages, but I was gifted a bottle of 7 year Islay Single Malt "Laphroaig" part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Looking for any feedback or reviews. Or even better...... what cigar to pair it with.

I know that there's a few people on the forums that really like the Laphroaig style single malt. Never had it personally, but they say it's pretty good. Only heard of the brand too, never had it.

I got some for Christmas two years ago. Very very smokey. Reminds me why I prefer the cheap blended stuff (Famous Grouse). As for cigar to go with it, well you've already got that "peat" taste in the drink, so I'd go for something less earthy. Hemingway I'd say.

I've not had this particular scotch yet but I have heard good things about it. I am a big fan of scotch as are many of my friends and they all say that is a good one.
