Does anyone listen to Tom Waitts? If you can get past his voice he has really great lyrics.
Especially Big Joe and Phantom 309.

I listened to a couple Linkin Park songs this morning. I'm honestly surprised at how upset I was. Chester indirectly touched a lot of lives."Cooking isn't about struggling; It's about pleasure. It's like sǝx, with a wider variety of sauces."

A lot of people saying f the FCC today, which reminded me of an old Steve Earle song

Might be because I remember seeing KISS numerous times as a warm uP Band back in the early mid 70's.0

An awesome one man progressive metal project, all instrumental. Written and recorded by Ramon Gutierrez. Enjoy

I am really digging this video JT and Chris did together. They are singing live and supposedly did it in 1 take. Stapleton is killing it!

I like Chris Stapleton alright but I think since he won that award he has settled into the rut that all mainstream artists do. Which is fine, it keeps the masses entertained and it makes him beaucoup money. But his old work will always be my favorite, like when he used to be the singer for the Steeldrivers.
I've been on a Tyler Childers kick since a song of his came across my Pandora stream.https://youtu.be/WtVrDud1gZM

Chris in the steeldrivers or the johmpson brothers is some of his best stuff. His new stuff I still like because it isnt so much of the processed music that is so common today.
I am liking this Tyler Childers though. Thanks for the recommendation.Team O'Donnell FTW!

I'm sure if you've looked up his other stuff you've seen some other really great ones. Namely Sturgill Simpson, Colter Wall, Cody Jinks, and maybe Whitey Morgan.0 -

Wife was watching the movie Season of the Witch this morning so I had to do it. She claims to have never heard this song before, and hopes to avoid hearing it again, but I kind of like it, weak lyrics and all
