    the second round matchups are set. 
    second round games begin on wednesday.

    as of now, @Guitarded ; is in 1st place.
    and @Patrickbrick ; is only 2 points behind in 2nd. 

    as y'all know, lots of "favorite teams" have been eliminated, already. 

    and there's only a couple folks that still have BOTH final teams still in play.  will be interesting to see how this round shakes out......
    depending on how things go, our winners may be decided after this round.

    FUN FACT:

    It took the St Louis Blues only 49:22 to score as many goals vs Nashville, as Chicago scored in the entire first round.

    Took a quick look through the brackets and believe there is a scenario where I could possibly still win this thing. Probably true for everybody but I was doubtful

    As a 40 year vet of operating equipment I understand your feelings, all I get to see is walls of dirt and a few cows and horses, I am sure you have better scenery

    I wouldn't call rink rats and puckheads "scenery"! 
    The hottys you see behind the bench at an NHL game are usually players wives, girlfriends, family etc.

    Mike Emrick in my opinion does a great job of calling the game, reminds me of a radio announcer. 
    I wish the idiot spewing embellishments at the Duck/ Oiler game would just shut up! Don't know who he is, but sounds like a politician.
