Probably not, though. What's our biggest complaint with the complainers? They never look at any of the vast amount of information already available. Because they're usually more interested in their own whiny voice than in solving their problem.

I will honestly say I have not placed an order with ccom in a while for a few reasons. One of those reasons being delayed shipping, well ccom came through in a big way. They gave me an offer I could not refuse on Sunday and to my shock Monday morning it has been shipped. Thank you @timb for the great daily deal, and thank you ccom staff for the fast turnaround! As Eddie Olczyk says I'm a "happy human".

I don't know anything about your order and I don't answer the emails, cause I'm not customer service and it ain't my website.
Try actually sending them an email or actually posting in the forum and not just posting where ever you see an opening.
