photobucket blocking images on forums.

Anyone noticed this?
Instead of the image, you get an image saying to update your account to enable third party hosting.
For a fee, of course.

    But the images that are already on the forum no longer show up or some forums don't allow that.

    Yeah, that's alot of bandwidth, and it's not free, but there are other options than photobucket, and that site can be "fusked" pretty easily.
    Your private pics can be scraped pretty easily.
    Hotlinking is a premium feature now.

    I just reduce the resolution of the photos and upload them here.  One of the forums I visit doesn't allow links to photos just to avoid the inevitable problem of the links breaking in the future, ruining threads.
