    @peter4jc -- If the beans labeled "Bali Natural" that you sent me in a trade a month or so ago are what you are referring to, I haven't roasted them yet, and I do have a couple of V. Cameroons left, so I'm good. But thanks for the offer and I will definitely keep the pairing in mind!
