I paid the bill with my master card,but can't any purchase detail on "Order History"

As the title says,i had a problem with the payment of cigar.com website.

I called to the bank,the bank told me that the payment has been transferred successfully(the receiver is cigar.BE),and our bank also gave me the authorization code for the finance department of cigar.com to check.

But the service from cigar.com keep say they can't find any orders in my order history(so do i).

Anyone pls help me with this problem,at least help me how to get the payment back.Thank you in advance.
