Why does Cigar.com not care about it's customers?

My daughter recently ordered some cigars from your site. She paid extra for three day shipping to ensure delivery in time for my birthday. The cigars have still not arrived now five days later. When my daughter called your customer service she was condescended to and told by your representative that they had "other calls in the queue to take". This is NOT acceptable!

Sir, we care deeply about you customer service complaints and are troubled to hear of your daughter's troubles in getting a delivery in time for a birthday celebration. Please try emailing andyd@cigar.com as I am sure he can make it right. Tell him the brothers from the forum sent you.A little dirt never hurt7
