It appears to be a torch-bearing, not very muscular, Bellerophon riding his trusty steed Pegasus but I haven't a clue what it is being used for. Looks like it could be a logo of a school, you know, bringing the light of knowledge to the students. Doesn't look like something that would be used for athletics, given the weakness of the arm.
