Talula’s meal from Evanger’s, Smucker's announced Feb. 15 that it is voluntarily recalling shipments of Gravy Train, Kibbles ‘N Bits, Ol’ Roy, and Skippy dog food over pentobarbital-related concerns. After testing 62 samples of wet dog food from over 24 brands for pentobarbital multiple times over several months, just one brand repeatedly tested positive for pentobarbital with sixty percent of samples coming back positive: Gravy Train.

    mmmm, Gravytrain, made from euthanized horses, last time I'm going to eat dog food on bachelor night....

    Read this too, and not surprised at all.  I spent 12+ years in the vet business, and can remember how I found out how White Castle got their meat.  Mad Cow Disease had to strike before it stopped (so i hope).  Be very picky on what you feed your pets...there are great products out there and resources to make you own food(which I prefer) but do the research first.  Cheap dog food (or any other pet food) is cheap for a reason sadly...
