    You’re most welcome, Rod. You really humbled me with those aged Cubans you bombed me with and I appreciated it no end. I felt I had to do a little something to say ‘thank you’ again. 

    And the planets must have aligned - when I noticed your birthday was only two days before Christmas. That, and the need for a little return fire, and it all came together.
