Who takes them and what kind?
I take fruit flavored gummy vitamins for the over 50 crowd. Feels like I'm getting a little treat.

I’m currently taking these, bought a bunch during Black Friday sale. They seem to give me energy, would say their good for the price I paid. The Walmart brand Think it’s “nature’s way” are good for the money, especially the B-Complex ones.

Lets see, C, A, B12, multivitamin, folic acid, calcium/ magnesium, a aspirin, and flax oil.  Last time the vampires at the VA stuck me all was well for a 72 year old.

What brand do you use? Huge variance in what I find listed on Amazon.

I used to take a multi but the only vitamin I take anymore is B6 to thwart carpal tunnel. I had medium discomfort years ago and read 200mg of B6 a day would help. It did. I don't even have to take it all the time now, just for a couple weeks when it flares up.
