    Dear cb....I know I haven't written in awhile.....from old banter you are a master plumber.....my waterheater exploded....shut off gas and water as directed....next day during my morning condition.....my wall exploded before I was done.....am I covered?.....have your people text my people......water every where.....you rock dude 🖖

    Gas explosion or water pressure.   Either way shut that water heater off before it gets you.

    Seriously you should drain the thing.  Pipe on the bottom of the heater.
