I’ve found a deep V-cut is kinda the best or both worlds. Cuts deep and gives a great draw but it leaves a lot of the cap intact and I don’t get any tobacco bits like with using a punch.jlmarta said:

Really nice choice Peter and not one I see often either. I suspect that with have some strong Vitamin N influence to it but should be really smooth and flavorful. I also happen to be trying out a @BKDog special. Other than the v melanio, not a lot of oliva love on the forum, but I have yet to have a bad blend from them, even in their cain and flor de oliva lines.
This one is a tasty Nicaraguan. Well aged, lots of Earth and black and white pepper. It is definitely very nice, as Charles would say. Thanks Brian! Very enjoyable!
