Silver Salmon Derby Redux

I've managed to get a couple days in a row free, so I'm making a return run to Valdez this weekend.  This is a repeat of the last contest...here's the deal:

Forum fiver for the correct guess of heaviest, total weight and number of Silver salmon (Coho to you outsiders) caught for the weekend.  If no correct guesses, winner will be the closest number either way. Ties will go to the first guess. 

I'm headed down Friday after work, returning Sunday evening.  Official results posted Monday, so you'll have till midnight Alaska time Sunday night/ Monday morning to get your guesses in.   Things have got to go better this trip!
I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

    I thank you Paul! There’s some good stuff in here. That EZ and toothpick 2.0 specifically have my mouth watering. And the Don Reynaldo is a personal favorite. I can’t seem to find the one with the grin on it anywhere. Can someone identify?
