I just received a letter in the mail from the New Jersey turnpike authority claiming I have an outstanding ticket from failure to pay a toll. It comes complete with a hazy image of an SUV that appears to be a Nissan or something with a license plate number I don't remember ever being registered to me. Funny thing is, I don't drive that kind of car, I have a veteran plate, and haven't been to Jersey in 20 years.
