  I’m relatively new to cigars that’s why I asked this dumb question.

  Not a dumb question. You need to know because of the descriptions written about the cigars you might want to try. Strength is supposed to mean how much nicotine you get and body refers to the flavor intensity. Often these two terms are related because the tobaccos with the most flavor can contain the most nicotine.

  The longer a cigar ages the less nicotine it will have. The more a cigar ages the more the nicotine will turn to sugars and improve certain characteristics of the cigar. Habano has the highest level of nicotine.

  JD's right, but some (milder) cigars don't improve with aging and will become less interesting as time goes on. Some think that cigars that don't age well weren't very interesting to start with.

  ^^^my wife says the same thing. But I don't think she was talking about cigars 😁

  Now this is not the end of the cigar. It is not even the beginning of the end of the cigar. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning of the cigar.
