Paul @Trykflyr_1, sent a slab of center cut bacon for my daughter.  Juliette (like her father) really likes bacon.  Many of you have heard the story of when Brad @avengethis, told her he ate all of it. I think she's finally over it, only took a full year.  She did not know what it was when I handed it to her, but when she found out it was bacon she screamed out yaaaaaaaay!  Also included is a beautiful piece of salmon for Colleen.  By far the best tasting salmon I have ever had came from Paul, so we are very excited.  Thank you very much Paul, I'll get a picture of her eating it very soon.

Now that is a tasty hit!
Now this is not the end of the cigar. It is not even the beginning of the end of the cigar. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning of the cigar.

Glad it made it ok and has met with such discerning approval.  My pleasure, Bro.   Hopefully we get a better silver run this summer....

Did you ship with dry ice?
    Was it smoke cured?
    How did you ship it?

    Inquiring minds need to know.
I need to ship some elk to a friend in Hawaii and trying to figure out the best way to do it, that doesn't break the bank.

Just a couple gel packs.  Made damn sure it was hard frozen,  a night at -30 takes care of that, and used a well insulated  box I got from a bud who's meds come frozen.

I get a huge break with fedex shipping thanks to the airline industry.  YMMV.
