Restaurants here are all closed but have started delivering. Nice service for us olde farts who are too scared of getting infected. We had boneless roast duck, garlic mashed potatoes, veg. medley, and a salad. Nice when the alternative is day 3 of the pot of lentil and vegetables lurking in the refrigerator.

Not dinner, but I made chocolate chip almond cookies with hazelnut flour and orange zest. They turned out good.

I've had scotch for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for almost a week. It's delicious. Been cooking too, just rubbed a leg of lamb with puréed garlic, rosemary, tyme, and olive oil. Put some polish sausage in a beer marinade as well. Almost time to start a fire.

Roasted chicken and potatoes, turnips,carrots and onions.

Round one off the smoker is for tomorrow (homemade pastrami), round two for dinner, and round three as an after dinner snack. Pastrami will be steamed tomorrow before service for dinner. Salmon came off perfect (restaurants always over cook salmon), and well jalapeños were a great finish. Started the fire at 7 am, not a bad day.
