Who should I be reaching out to for any help regarding my forum account? I just called Customer Service and well...... no go. It says I do not have permissions to edit my profile and I also want to change my email. Any help much appreciated.

Can you please edit your post and add in something about an order that's taking more than 3 days to arrive? And maybe for good measure, something about your wooden humidor and it's whacky humidity? Ok? Thanks.
