Edward @silvermouse I was trying to identify the flavor notes from the 2018 Craft you sent me, I was getting a sweet green citrus like note, something like grapes, cumquat, loquat, or someone on the vHerf suggested maybe melon. I checked the Halfwheel review and the found aloe in there, I guess I could go with that, though I'd never come up with that one myself. It was real good, but I didn't find the pepper that they did in their review, maybe the aging settled it down a bit.
