Mine works good so far, 2 cigars in lol, but the gears aren't ultra smooth so I can see how an issue could come about....

Travel cigar case and another Xikar cutter.
This is the Gurkha one that is on clearance at the sister site for $24. It's actually really nice and heavy. Was going to buy another similar one for $70 but got this and a cutter for $45. Great deal!
