So I bought a 250 to 300 capacity humidor, so I could start growing my collection. Well I need some advice. If I only have 50 cigars in it will it be hard to control humidity if so what is a good way to help manage that with out buying another 200 cigars right away.

It will fill up quickly.
You can also get a couple empty boxes and fill some space in the mean time. They will help maintain the humidity

Honest answer in case this is an honest question... You can place air pillows in the humidor to take up space without adding to the supply of air than needs to be humidified.

You probably have a pile of them from your Amazon purchases. Rip them away one at a time until you are full.
Or, don't worry about it. I have a 250 that keeps humidity just fine half full.
Find a small Tupperware container that fits in your humidor and put your cigars and Boveda packs inside the tupperdor.
