Ok so who has the biggest ash tonight?

AFAIC, you can have the title on this one... I find when I concentrate on the game of keeping my ash growing I pay less attention to the cigar and the rest of the experience. But I hope you have fun... it'll be a fun thread to see if you have any serious challengers.

AF "The Man". Ash withstood removing both bands and also nubbing it on my knife.
Also, it's not in a protective up/down orientation. That bítch hung on defying gravity!

There's some impressive & patient work in this thread
“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)

Curmudgeon alert: I still say the long ash thing is silly and a pointless diversion from the smoking/enjoyment of the cigar. What 'they' always said was that a long ash was the sign of a well-constructed cigar that contained good quality tobacco. But then, there have been **** sticks that could hold a 4" ash and wonderful, life-changing sticks that lost the ash at 3/4". Length of ash is meaningless.
There. I feel better now."I could've had a Mi Querida!" Nick Bardis5 -

Looks like that burn started off a little wonky and then corrected itself....

Yet another rookie good one. As my granddad used to say: The dumber the farmer, the bigger the potato.I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...9 -
I guess it is an effect from a wide-angle lens but looking at the wine in the glass it looks like your whole house is tipped about 7°.

Oliva 2nd ML hanging tough. Best $1.50 cigar I ever had.

Peter gave you all crap about ash, then spent the entire day yesterday playing with his, right @peter4jc?

That's only because nobody else would let me play with their ash.

Ugliest ash winner here. Funny thing is, after the outer wrapper split, the cigar hasn't even budged a bit or burn wavered. It's burned perfectly in spite of the split. Very unusual. Very smooth and tasty as well. Super underrated blend IMO. A lot of flavor without much nicotine. Very tough to do.
