Hot Sauce
I tried this one today and was surprised how good it was! Med heat but lots of flavor.

Thanks @Cam_91This one is probably the most versatile out of the bunch. Mix it in with sour cream, Mayo, lemon juice to make an easy aioli for baja fish tacos.

I've learned that one hint is if your friend who said "try this" is getting his camera ready as he hands you the bottle. Dave's Insanity was the particular sauce.

The mustard is much more like a everything sauce than a mustard, it’s made by my local butcher, they have two other sauces that I’m currently out of. They are all amazing will get more this week. The other two are the last of the 5 sauce kit. I wasn’t blown away by them, but were good and spicy.

Sadly I’m retired from making hot sauce since moving to Iowa, I don’t have access to overripe Serrano peppers out here. Plus, making hot sauce absolutely sucks, it’s a miserable process and I don’t really miss it lol.

Lots of crying involved due to the fumes. I had a picture on my old phone of me in swimmers goggles and wearing a bandana while trying to make this stuff, and even then it’s miserable.

No lie, Brother. I remember growing up and my mother would make her Chile, it felt like getting pepper sprayed just walking into the house! I couldn’t hold that against you but I’m always on the hunt for good recipes if you wanna pass the torch 😉
