I'm starting the day with an AJ New World Cameroon Churchill (got a deal on this vitola) with yogurt and yesterday's warmed up coffee. It's already 56 F on the way to 76 F and should be a beautiful day today. Nice sweet notes of marzipan in the cigar. Marzipan is an interesting flavor, sweet but dry, almost powdery. I think it's the dryness that helps this translate to the tasting notes from this cigar.

I almost grabbed one of those.
Raining again here. It’s been raining for four months now. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get on a little more frequently. It was great seeing everyone.

La Aurora Connecticut double corona. Something mellow to pair with my coffee, probably won't smoke all of it but I needed something gentle to start the day.
After reviewing some evidence, I’ve decided that 2 a.m. central time is when I’ll switch over from the tonight thread to the morning thread, because I’ve seen @cbuck post a few at that time. Enjoying a 5 year old Le Bijou from @skydiverD
So I don’t know anything at all about this cigar from @silvermouse . I don’t know who makes it, where it’s from, nothing. I was about to look it up when I realized that there were very few cigars that I knew nothing about. So I’m smoking it now to see what I think of it without any external influence.
