lol, actually, it is a nerve bundle from a botched surgery after an injury. I have no sense of touch in my finger tip due to it, but the semi-attached lump is very touch sensitive.

I have no feeling in the tips of two of my fingers due to prolonged heat exposure; however, the others on the same hand are extremely heat sensitive.
