All the symptoms point to early-onset CAS, for sure. Once it's progressed to this point the diagnosis almost certain and the disease is inoperable, only curable by death.
Speaking from experience.

Dude, I get my leaf and libation smokes today and it's in a giant box. I open the box and along with the L and L smokes, these are in there
