Did something a little crazy yesterday. I have been shopping for a humidor and found this Barbadus humidor listed on FB marketplace for a month or so. The only problem was it was in Los Angeles which is 6 hours south of me. I had to be in LA this week so a month ago I expressed interest in it and exchanged contact info.
Yesterday I finally met up with the seller and made a deal on it and here it is in my entryway until I can move some furniture around in my office.
There are 390 loose cigars in 5 to 20 packs, and 30 boxes. Also came with a humicare 1000 and some xikar wireless sensors and other accessories. All the boxes are completely full, as in nothing smoked out of any of them! Seller was 84 years old and diagnosed with COPD so he had to stop smoking, although I wonder if he smoked much since none of the boxes have even one cigar missing.
I think it was a pretty smoking deal... paid about $2 per cigar and the humidor was free!! Now I still need more room for the cigars I already had
