But I guess it’s better than the alternative.
Freaking high blood pressure, diabetes, tendinitis, tinnitus, diverticulosis, vertigo. And WTF is going on with my freaking nose and ear hairs!

Nose and ear hairs are the worst. Sounds like it is time for some lifestyle changes to address the rest. More Brussel sprouts!

Fight old age until you can’t fight anymore…memento mori…memento vivere!!!!

A good cigar and the open road solve most problems.

My parents once had a landlady who was well into her eighties and still scrambling under pine trees to cut branches and climbing ladders to clean gutters. She was trying her darndest to fight back against her age.

I had a great-grandpa who worked until he was about 97.

I figure a sense of purpose can go a long way.

Cutting (handsaw/chain saw) branches for kindling but cannot work more than a half hour without needing to rest. Still taking corticosteroids for PMR but am gradually finding that my energy and stamina may never go back to where it was last year.

I saw a video on facebook about how to cure tinnitus. That should do the trick.

I'm sorry to hear that, Edward. I hope you find yourself mistaken.

Thanks, Ian. It's time for me to learn better how to age gracefully as I head into my late 70's. It isn't easy.
