Went to a concert about 15 years ago and we drove a van full of people and one of the intoxicated guys dropped a burger under a seat. My wife found it a couple days later! Not a happy camper.

Oh man sliders are the best! You either love em or hate em. My little brother hates them.

I had one in 1974, and again in 2012. That should do me.

Yes, they took a little square dinner roll and smeared some pasty beef residue on it, and a pickle slice. As mentioned above, people either loved them or hated them.

It's not beef paste, lol. They reconstitute dehydrated onions, then throw them onto the griddle then they put the meat patties on the onions, then the slider buns over the patties. The meat patties are square with holes in them so the onion steam cooks the meat, which is trapped by the bun. The result is an intense umami flavor and no char on the burger.

Many people think of steamed meat and are immediately out. If you can get over the preconceived notion that steamed meat is yucky, they're actually really flavorful and deeply rich hamburgers. I have a copycat recipe that I make on the Blackstone once in a while.

Highly recommend if you’re in the SoCal.

I can't get behind animal style fries, I prefer mine cooked light well and my burgers animal style with chopped chilies. In-N-Out since way back. No freezers and they're family owned.

    And Vegas

We've got a few in Reno as well. Unfortunately the food hasn't look that good since Covid. :(

In my experience anytime a restaurant expands the food suffers.

Don't let the wife know what you spend on guns, ammo or cigars.

Had In-N-Out in Colorado. It was very good. I'll take Culver's because it's only two miles away and they have cheese curds.
