Allen got a flat tire and called 911 for help

Then followed it up with an original idea of meeting up to share cigars and grill out for a weekend.

Unlikely anyone would host something like that or even attended.

Last night, as I was leaving the Zoom call, Frank and the others were saying I had to stay until "they dropped the ball" in NYC. I said I was leaving anyway, and was going to "drop my own ball." They all laughed like I'd said something funny, and John quipped, "You want that to be the last thing you said this year?"
Now I'm wondering what they thought I was saying. Why was that so funny? Is that code for something I should know about so I don't say it anymore?
So it's not something I learned in Vherf, but was stumped in Vherf. Please help.

What were you planning on dropping your balls into?

I took it to mean you were going to take a dump, and I laughed at the crude joke.

I should have written it down last night but when you guys mentioned getting an Iris tub from home depot that slid under the bed which one were you looking at? I like to be proactive.

I don't have problems, just more work to do.

I think they said 42qt that was 7” high

Chris, here is link to the one I ordered. It is 30qt (I may have said 40-42 last night, or someone else mentioned 42), and it is 6 1/4" high. It is a 2-pack.

I had to correct him, but I still have been unable to convince him that he's smoking a morning cigar at night!

A good cigar and the open road solve most problems.

I believe La Jolla was a mispronunciation/misspelling of La Joya to begin with. It was never actually a word in the Spanish language until then. Pronounce it however you want.

I am glad they made the point about his transition from Modernist to honoring and incorporating Classic elements of design.

At 4:50-4:51, the one-story building near the highways is in Harrisburg at the junction of routes 81 & 83. It is now a Comcast service center.
