There doesn't seem to be a consensus on what 'eating right' consists of. I think fresh foods are considered good but I haven't had a tofu product I could endorse. Does beef need to be grass fed, chicken free range, pork heritage. How about seed oils, heard credible people on both sides.

There isn’t a consensus because it’s different for everyone. Everyone’s body needs more of one nutrient and less of another and they’re all different. It’s kinda like this cigar hobby. You have to figure out what’s right for you. Skinny doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. If you’re feeling good, keep doing what you’re doing. If not, figure out what needs to change.
I'm working on it, minus the tofu. Down 35 pounds so I can wear shoes, biggest thing for me was getting off the alcohol. Have no illusions about living forever, I'm ok with a sudden heart attack in a few years, just want to dodge that sitting in a wheelchair having somebody come by to wipe your chin off every now and then like my Pops.
Hate is a strong word, more humorous but I'm watching the Light 'em Up Lounge on Zoom when my MIL does an all-call on the extended family chat channel and steals my earbuds away from my computer and to my phone. She woke up my son at 6:00 AM tomorrow in NZ and interrupted my Wife at work, we said Hi and jumped off. I think it was an accidental call.

Well whoever it is is scrèwing you on the taxes. Sales taxes should be on the item. Shipping is a different cost. By adding the shipping first you’re paying the same percentage but a higher amount.

If you run the numbers, the tax is calculated on the sub total, without the shipping. $30.99 x 6% = $1.86.
When you’ve been driving your vehicle around for eight months with a check engine light with nothing going wrong with the vehicle… Then go to get a smog test done, but it can’t be completed because of the check engine light. I go to my mechanic to flash it clear. It won’t clear. Three codes came up and the amount of work will be $3600… Most expensive smog test I’ve ever done. LMFAO. Fuuuuuuuuucccckkkk meeeeee

I definitely understand that. I’ve never been all that scared of dying….but not dying scares the hell outta me.
