I just spent an hour mowing and mulching the garden with the clippings, something I have not had the stamina to do for a good long time. The combination of creatine and d-ribose has made a big difference in stamina and strength.

Everyone over the age of 40 shoukd supplement creatine. Especially females. Just hydrate properly.
