Time for another brisket for my team at work. Thought we’d have a little fun with it. Guess the before trimming weight and after trimming weight. Closest without going over gets a fiver. Contest closes this Saturday night at midnight. Enjoy ladies and gents.

Ok so given that two of you were so damn close to being right in one of the 2 weights, I’m giving both of you the win.
Winners are:
Starting weight was 17.1. With @Jrflickster being .3 lbs off with a guess of 16.8 lbs.
Trimmed weight was 14.3 @Vision being .1 lbs off with a guess of 14.2 lbs.
Honorable mention to @TRayB for being .3 lb away as well, but he was over.
