Ended the workout with a 2,000 meter row

Looks like you're getting faster. What resistance?

If Chris says anything less than 10 I’m going to have to reevaluate our relationship 🤔😬😂

That's funny, he just told me it was 10. The requirement is 2k yds in 9:40(?) on resistance of 5 and up. It seems like the lower resistance would actually make the goal more difficult. I had it on 8.5 and my time was 8:45. The other two guys I work with, one did it in 8:10 on 10 and the other 9:30 on 7.

About maintenance, with extended use the gear box gets pretty hot, should I take it apart and do something to the mechanism to help it run cooler?

I'd imagine there's a chest freezer in your basement at home with a lifetime supply of ice cream, so you don't have to go to the supermarket and buy some substandard ice cream.

When I think of Buck's ice cream, I remember how you sent two 5gal. tubs to MKE for one of the earlier herfs. We all ate the sh*t out of it, and I was eating ice cream for weeks on the leftovers. It was awesome.

Is it clean? Might try blowing out any dust first.
