If youve had a b&w tv.

With 3 channels on a good day, not to mention that half of the time you were watching you were part of the antenna for reception.

I'm a little too young for black and white TV but I remember our TV when I was younger and you had to smack it juuuuusssst right to get it to work. My friends tvs had to be smacked just the right way too but not the same as ours.... I could never figure out how to make theirs work.

The Hungry Hippos, fun except for their untimely breakage rears it's ugly head. Usually a few weeks.

We actually gave our nephew a Rockem Sokem set after he had so much fun playing with our vintage set.

Our sons love to play board games (well 2 of them , one gets to board). It's sort of like the movie Field of Dreams, build it and they will come.

Our first color tv had electronic buttons for the different channels. You had to go in and use the dials to program each button.

Then they introduced uhf channels. Had to put up a uhf antenna and buy a newer tv. Improvement or planned obsolescence?

I remember having iodine put on my cuts and scrapes as a kid. Dont know why they just didn't disinfect with alcohol.
