GH Dark Flake Unscented with some coffee. Finally down to my last two employee reviews for this month. Next month starts a whole new round, then I get to work on my own. This one isn't starting out well. The technician did not fill in all the blanks. It helps to have the employee ID number and first name... Worse, my Lead Petty Officer did not catch it before sending it to me. Big inhale, slow exhale. Changing gears, I agree with Jeff. Loving this cooler weather.
Edit: It's like this tobacco was cased with fire retardent.

Did you fold and stuff or rub it out? I find flake smokes best when we'll rubbed. Insert dirty innuendo here.
Gave it a good rub, then let relax for about an hour before stuffing. Likely, needs more relaxing, maybe another half hour, so it will cooperate. Never met anything so unruly after a good rubbing.
Been getting interested in the flavor of perique. Can't keep the Dark Flake lit so I am switching to some of Santa's Sack. It's had a good, long stretch and maybe the flavor has changed.

Really enjoying this change in weather. Nice and cool, overcast morning. Puffing away on some Solani Virginia Flake in the Viprati.
A good cigar and the open road solve most problems.

Large chamber. Thick walls. I'm liking this pipe shape (number 129). Will have to keep an eye out for more of these.
