I found a small Mylar bag labeled KS1 Plug dated May 2022. Inside the bag I found a hard, dry plug that I made back then, I had to search the forum to find the information for this plug, it's a Kitchen Sink blend. Because it was so hard and dry some of the cuts shattered instead of making nice flakes when I cut them.
It doesn't taste particularly strong, but it has a nice, almost aromatic flavor.

Ziploc baggies don't seal well but the mylar zips do a good job of holding humidity.

I've got about 4 more in ziploc that I need to finish off and then I'll be on to your package. I've tried a couple of em but after I heard you should store them in mason jars I stopped opening new ones.

Storing in mylar seems to work just fine. I think you're overthinking it a little.
